A Swedish waitress is suing her employer after they docked her earnings for the sick pay allowance she got while off work for two weeks having cosmetic breast enhancement surgery. Upon returning to work with the new and improved breasts, her employers noticed the difference and told her the boobs would not be covered.

They considered this type of surgery to fall under the Seaman's Act, which would permit them to decline to foot the busty bill. The act doesn't cover "self-inflicted" injuries, and the company considers the breast implants to fall under that category. Read the full article. (More breast enhancement stories.)
