“Jessi Slaughter,” the 11-year-old whose profanity-laced YouTube rant made her an object of fun for 4Chan, has been on the receiving end of so many pranks and death threats that she’s under police protection. But none of that is keeping her offline. “I’m going to continue making videos,” she told ABC’s Good Morning America. “I’m going to continue updating my Twitter and going on Stickam and stuff—just going to be more careful with who sees what I’m doing.” (What she's doing, if you haven't heard, is say things like "I'll pop a Glock in your mouth and make a brain slushy.")
She also says she stands by her original video “100%, because it cleared up a lot of things that were posted. I kind of do like the attention but I don’t like so much negative attention.” Her mom was less thrilled with the video. “I don’t want to see that going on anymore,” she says. “She is going to get counseling.” A police detective will also be stopping by to lecture her on online safety and responsibility.
