Ever had to sit on the tarmac waiting for your plane to take off for three hours? Sucks right? Now imagine you’re in Arizona on a hundred-degree day and there’s no air conditioning on the plane. That’s what happened to Tony Morales on Sunday at Sky Harbor Airport, and he retaliated by filming the entire thing on his phone video camera, Fox 10 in Phoenix reports.

“Here, watch,” he says in the video, as he sweeps torrents of water over his face. “That’s all the sweat just from my forehead.” The passengers couldn’t even have a drink, he said, “because apparently they can’t move the water carts until we’re back at the gate.” Eventually, the passengers deplaned, and Morales switched to a different airline. Delta has apologized, offering a $100 voucher, but disputes his timeline, saying the passengers spent less than two hours on the tarmac. (More Phoenix stories.)
