Chelsea Clinton's secret, secure, star-studded wedding is tomorrow, and after months of rumors, something like bemusement has set in among the residents of Rhinebeck, NY. The locals have been having some fun with the wedding of 2010: "Something wonderful is happening in Rhinebeck on July 31," jokes one resident, "and it's my potluck garden party." A local politicial says he's not sure if any celebrities will show up, but "I'll be signing autographs ... if they want."

"We're acknowledging it, in that it's happening and we're not invited," says the garden party hostess. "I mean, come on, I'm surprised I wasn't asked to cater. I like to think I'm a really good baker." Click here for the latest details on the ceremony.
