Sex Harass Victim 'Sorry' Hewlett CEO Lost Job

The former actress who accused Hewlett-Packard CEO Mark Hurd of sexual harassment says she's "surprised and saddened" he lost his job over her allegations. Jodie Fisher, 50, worked for HP's marketing department from 2007 to 2009, earning up to $5,000 per event to meet and greet executives. She says it was "never my intention" that her charges would cost Hurd his job.

Fisher, who most recently was on a dating show called Age of Love and is being represented by celebrity lawyer Gloria Allred, refused to discuss details of her harassment suit, but said she and Hurd have reached a settlement for an undisclosed sum, the New York Daily News reports. Fisher says she never had a sexual relationship with the CEO, who resigned Friday after falsified expense reports for dinners he had with her were discovered.
