State police in Pennsylvania say a woman wiped a dirty diaper on the window of another woman's vehicle during a dispute in a traffic jam as both were leaving a county fair. Jessica Hollis, 23, has been charged with harassment in the incident, which state police said happened about 10:50pm Saturday.

Police said Hollis smeared the diaper on the rear window of a vehicle driven by Melanie Campbell, 36. Police said the women began arguing while they were stuck in traffic leaving the fairgrounds. "When she opened her mouth, she was completely out of her mind, just screaming foul language," Campbell told ABC affiliate WTAE. "She threw the diaper, and it fell short of the car, and then she picked up the diaper and smeared it all over the vehicle." (More road rage stories.)
