Kim Kardashian Launches Credit Card ... for Kids

Who better than Kim Kardashian to promote a credit card for 13-year-olds? The reality star is backing the Kardashian Prepaid MasterCard at a launch party tomorrow, the New York Post reports. And, though it is a card for kids, it’s not about teaching them how to go into debt, apparently: A rep insists it's about keeping them safe, by allowing parents to monitor their spending. “Teens do not spend their money as their parents think they do,” the rep says. “Drugs are a huge problem in this country.” For more on the venture, click here.
