Score one for Sarah Palin in the media wars, at least temporarily. A judge ordered Gawker to pull down excerpts it posted of her new book pending a hearing on Nov. 30, reports Politico. America by Heart isn't out until next week, and publisher HarperCollins sued Gawker Media following Palin's own "Isn't that illegal?" tweet. If you still need a Palin book fix, the author provides an "exclusive sneak peek" here on her Facebook page. (It's apparently her short intro to the book.)
