"It's certainly crossed my mind," said the libertarian congressman when asked about a Senate run in Texas, reports the Hill. The renewed interest stems from a Public Policy Polling survey that puts Paul near the top of the pack among Republicans to replace the retiring Kay Bailey Hutchison.
