Honolulu's City Council passed a resolution yesterday calling on Rush Limbaugh to say he's sorry for mocking Hu Jintao and the Chinese language during the Chinese president's visit to Washington, DC, last month. The resolution, which passed 8-1, cites the fact that 58% of the city's population is of Asian ancestry, and urges Limbaugh "to apologize to United States citizens of Asian ancestry, President Hu Jintao, and the citizens of the People's Republic of China for his offensive and derogatory remarks about the Chinese language and President Hu."
