Get ready for pens, pet food, and drinks emblazoned with your favorite Charlie Sheen phrases—from “duh, winning!” to “Adonis DNA” to “rock star from Mars.” A firm associated with the actor has applied for trademarks on no less than 22 of the phrases made popular during Sheen’s “media tsunami” during February and March. The company, called Hyro-Gliff and formed last month, uses the offices of Sheen’s lawyer as its address, the AP notes.

Other phrases include “I’m not bi-polar, I’m bi-winning,” “Sober Valley Lodge,” and “Vatican assassin,” as well as the titles of his stage show, “Violent Torpedo of Truth” and “Defeat is Not an Option.” Thirteen other entities have tried to trademark “tiger blood” as a name for nutritional supplements and hard drinks. But Sheen is likely to win the rights, says a lawyer who specializes in intellectual property cases. “He has become solely identifiable as the source of these catchphrases.” For more, click here.
