The parents of a 15-year-old model aren't happy about sexually suggestive pictures of their daughter appearing on T-shirts all over the country. The mom and pop are suing Urban Outfitters and a commercial photographer for $28 million, claiming that they never gave permission for the "salacious" photos to be used on clothing and other merchandise, the New York Daily News reports.
"She is posed in a blatantly salacious manner with her legs spread, without a bra, revealing portions of her breasts," and other photos show her with beer and riding a motorcycle without a helmet, the lawsuit states. The girl's parents have requested that her name be kept secret because she is well-known in the modeling industry and "her image and identity have been exposed on national TV and in other media." But the New York Post identifies her as Halley Clauson, a now-16-year-old who has worked for Gucci and Donna Karan, among others. Click to see a photo of one of the shots under fire.
