Usually, we mock criminals when they brag about their crimes on Facebook. But if your crime was breaking into a Sea World, swimming with the dolphins, and making off with a 7-year-old fairy penguin, we understand the urge to share. Three Queensland, Australia men, aged 18, 20, and 21, have been arrested for allegedly doing just that, the Telegraph reports.

A friend reportedly tipped police off about their Facebook post, and they were apprehended—but not before they released Dirk the penguin into shark-infested waters. Don't worry though, Dirk is fine; a couple spotted him in a shallow estuary Sunday, being chased by an animal—possibly a shark. They thought it was odd, so they Googled "lost penguin," realized who the penguin was, and called Sea World. Dirk has since been reunited with his mate, Peaches.
