Crime | Rudy Eugene No Actual Flesh Found in Stomach of Miami Face-Eater Autopsy finds undigested pills, but what kind not known yet By Mark Russell Posted Jun 10, 2012 6:20 AM CDT Copied This undated booking mug shows Rudy Eugene, 31, who was shot and killed by Miami-Dade Police after he refused to stop eating another man's face in Miami on May 26. (AP Photo/Miami-Dade Police Dept.) Whatever the cause of Rudy Eugene's horrifying attack on a homeless 65-year-old in Miami two weeks ago, it looks like he was not actually eating Ron Poppo's face. No human flesh was found in Eugene's stomach, according to preliminary autopsy results, reports the New York Daily News. There was pot found in Eugene's system, as well as several undigested pills—although the exact kind of pills will not be known until a toxicology report is finished. Full results of the autopsy are unlikely to be released for several months, until prosecutors have finished their investigation. Read These Next Trumps ends trade talks with Canada.
