Blue Ivy Carter has her own signature scent, a spot on the Billboard charts, a crystal-coated bathtub … and now dual citizenship. The Croatian town of Hvar has named the daughter of Beyonce and Jay-Z an honorary citizen, and it's all thanks to her unique name: Blue Ivy is said to have been named for a tree wrapped in blue ivy that Bey and Jay saw while on vacation on the island of Hvar during Beyonce's pregnancy, AFP reports.

"The story of the origin of your girl's name, Blue Ivy, has brought huge media attention and great tourism promotion to the town of Hvar," writes the mayor of the town in a letter to the superstars. "I have decided to grant your daughter the status of honorary citizen of the town." He also, of course, invites them to return. The Huffington Post has video of Beyonce with the now-famous tree.
