If other presidents have gotten into hot water for macking on women they shouldn't, President Obama got jeered last night for failing to smooch his own first lady. The Obamas were watching the US men's basketball team play an exhibition game against Brazil in DC, when the never-so-clever operators of the dreaded Kiss Cam aimed their pink-hued lenses the couple's way. The result is what the New York Daily News calls "an airball."

Obama got another chance in the second half, and this time delivered, to cheers of "four more years," notes USA Today. Perhaps most embarrassed by the whole fiasco? Malia Obama, sitting to her dad's left. But the players didn't seem to mind the attention-stealing moment: "You know, PDA is not for everybody, you know what I mean?" Kobe Bryant said. "But he makes the important decisions, so it's all good." (More President Obama stories.)
