Attention all slackers: A website based in Canada is here to "make your papers go away" so you can keep partying. UnemployedProfessors.com works a little like eBay, except the bidders in this case are out-of-work professors, and the goods are student assignments, reports Canada's National Post. The site doesn't guarantee an A, but it does promise high-quality work. You may not want to trust the authors completely, though—UPI points out that the website itself contains typos.
The site doesn't try to dress up its service, either. On its FAQ page, its creators agree that the practice is "incredibly" unethical, but "because the academic system is already so corrupt, we're totally cool with that. We even all have matching tweed t-shirts." A site member who responded by email to the Post was a little less jokey about the ethics, saying the papers were meant only as guidelines. That "places the ethical burden squarely on the shoulders of the student.” (More cheating stories.)
