Lindsay Lohan has a brand-new mug shot, her sixth. She turned herself in to police as a formality yesterday, after taking a plea deal in her misdemeanor car crash case, the AP reports. She was booked and then released. As of right now, she's not supposed to spend any time in jail—the five days she was sentenced to will be served instead in a lockdown rehab facility, where she will spend a total of 90 days—but there may be a little problem with that plan, TMZ reports.
It turns out there aren't actually any lockdown rehab facilities in New York, where Lohan was supposed to serve her sentence. Law enforcement sources say prosecutors agreed to the plea deal because Lohan's attorney implied the state did have such facilities, but now they're checking on the matter and may reconsider. Says one source, "The sentence was actually 90 days in custody, and lockdown rehab would satisfy that. If there's no such thing, then she'll go to jail for 90 days."
