Reese Witherspoon is pretty embarrassed about her arrest Friday, and husband Jim Toth isn't feeling much better. He "feels awful that he involved Reese in the situation," a friend of Toth's tells People. "He made a bad decision and it certainly made things worse that he dragged her into it." Toth, who was busted for drunk driving after blowing a .139, "has always been a big social drinker," the source says, because his job as a CAA agent requires him to do quite a bit of "schmoozing." But after this debacle, another source says, "No one would be surprised if Jim goes to rehab."

As for Witherspoon, she attended the premiere of her latest movie after news of the arrest broke, but subsequently canceled appearances on Good Morning America and Late Night With Jimmy Fallon, the New York Post reports. "Her team was grappling all day as to whether she should show up" at the premiere, a source adds, and a witness says Toth also attended but "sneaked into a side entrance." They left shortly after the film started—this time with a driver—and skipped an after-party because, a source says, "They decided it would probably be strange if they were seen whooping it up."
