Daniela Hantuchova looked to be cruising to an easy victory over Ana Ivanovic in today's Australian Open semifinal match, but the fourth-seeded Serbian came back from a 6-0, 2-0 hole to win it. Ivanovic suddenly became dominant, answering Hantuchova's volleys and taking break points to storm back to a 0-6, 6-3, 6-4 win, reports ABC News.
"She's a tough player and I knew I had to go for my shots early in the rallies and I was missing them. It was frustrating," admitted Ivanovic. But the veteran, who reached the finals of the last French Open, drew on the crowd for support and became more aggressive. She will face Maria Sharapova in the finals on Saturday.
