Two Nashville robbers had the misfortune to try to steal a purse in a shopping center parking lot just as Franco Scaramuzza pulled in. That's because Scaramuzza is a fencing coach who had just left practice and still had his equipment with him, reports WSMV. What results is explained in this beauty of a quote: "I charged towards them, holding my épée up high, and, you know, yelling at them. I kept yelling throughout the entire thing. They completely panicked and dropped everything they stole and really took off." Police caught two suspects shortly thereafter and charged them with robbery.
