Saturday Night Live is the latest to rip the government's lumbering HealthCare.gov website, with Kate McKinnon appearing in last night's Cold Open as Kathleen Sebelius to give frustrated users a little troubleshooting advice. For example, "Have you tried restarting your computer? Sometimes it helps to turn the computer off, and then turn it back on." Another part of the problem is overload, she says, as millions of Americans try to get coverage. "Unfortunately, the site was only designed to handle six users at a time," she says. Other tips? Try signing up in Icelandic, or click on one of the site's handy-dandy links, "such as Kayak.com, where you purchase airline tickets to Canada and buy cheaper prescription drugs." Or users can try the FAQ, which include "What the hell?" and "Who the government?" Ed Norton guest hosted. (More entertainment stories.)
