Amanda Knox is not only guilty of murder, she was the one out of three attackers who delivered the fatal blow to roommate Meredith Kercher in 2007, according to the Italian judges who reinstated her guilty verdict earlier this year. The judges, in a 337-page explanation of their decision, say Kercher's wounds indicate multiple attackers, but while Knox's boyfriend Raffaele Sollecito and drifter Rudy Guede share responsibility for the murder, it was Knox who cut her roommate's throat after the two women had a heated argument about money, the BBC reports.

Knox rejected the judges' decision, saying it was "not supported by any credible evidence or logic," NBC reports. "In the prior proceeding in which I was found innocent, the court specifically concluded that the forensic evidence did not support my alleged participation in the crime and further found that the circumstantial evidence was both unreliable and contrary to a conclusion of guilt," said Knox, who has vowed that she won't go back to Italy willingly. Both she and Sollecito are expected to appeal the decision, while Guede is already serving a 16-year sentence for the killing. (More Amanda Knox stories.)
