A 3-year-old boy who allegedly shot his parents with a single bullet won't be charged, of course, but his parents are in hot legal water. Justin Reynolds was arrested in Albuquerque today and faces a "child abuse without a great bodily harm" charge, KRQE reports. Police say Reynolds knew that a newly bought .45 caliber Smith & Wesson handgun was in his wife's purse when the toddler found it in their motel room. His wife, Monique Villescas, who is pregnant, faces the same charge but wasn't apprehended today. Authorities are hoping she'll turn herself in. "With Second Amendment rights comes responsibility, and these parents obviously practiced no responsibility at all," a police rep tells the Albuquerque Journal. (More shooting stories.)
