"I can confirm that there is a suspect in custody" for last night's church shootings in Charleston, Attorney General Loretta Lynch told a press conference today, per the AP. Charleston's mayor, police chief, and the FBI are all confirming the arrest of 21-year-old Dylann Roof; Reuters reports, reportedly after a traffic stop in Shelby, NC. Police in Charleston say they'll be holding a news conference early this afternoon, notes the New York Times.
