From Black Monday to what MarketWatch suggests might be "Turnaround Tuesday"? The day's got a long way to go, but things started off with a jolt. The Dow was up more than 300 points in its opening minutes this morning. (Stock futures suggested as much.) China's decision to cut interest rates after yet another rocky day for its own stock market seems to have helped.
