Charlie Sheen's latest troubles come in the form of a lawsuit by an ex-fiancee. Per legal documents obtained by People, Brett Rossi, 26, filed a complaint Thursday alleging assault and battery, emotional distress, false imprisonment, and negligence, with her specific beefs being that Sheen, 50, initially hid his HIV status from her and forced her to have an abortion in 2014. Rossi, who met Sheen in late 2013, says she had sex with the star five times before finding his HIV meds, Us Weekly reports. Rossi decided to stay with Sheen after a "heart to heart," the magazine notes, but things went sour again in March 2014 when she told him she was pregnant.
Per the suit, "Sheen erupted into a fit of rage" when she told him she wanted to have the baby, telling her he'd "kick her to the curb" if she refused to have an abortion and that he didn't want her to "give birth to a retarded child"; she says she eventually got the abortion due to Sheen's "pressure and threats." Sheen dumped Rossi in October 2014 via text message, Rossi says. Sheen's rather tame reaction, via a statement by his attorney provided to Us: "Charlie Sheen intends to vigorously defend the lawsuit filed by Scottine Ross [Rossi's birth name]. We are confident that Mr. Sheen will prevail in this action and will prevail on his claims for affirmative relief against her." (Sheen says another ex is lying, too.)
