Bristol Palin still hasn't revealed who the father of her new daughter is, though quite a few signs point to it being her ex-fiance, Dakota Meyer—including the fact that Meyer has now filed legal documents claiming he is, in fact, the biological father of Sailor Grace. Meyer wants joint legal and physical custody as well as child support, according to the documents obtained by Radar. "My values are such that a real American hero doesn't ask for child support," Bristol's rep sniped to ET.

Palin has already been involved in a years-long battle with ex Levi Johnston over visitation, custody, and child support for their son, 7-year-old Tripp. Palin and Meyer split up three months after Sailor Grace was conceived, TMZ reports, and Sarah Palin is none too pleased with the whole situation. "For many months we have been trying to reach out to Dakota Myers [sic] and he has wanted nothing to do with either Bristol's pregnancy or the baby," and now he's just trying to "save face," she tells ET.
