'Screech' Reports to Jail Over Stabbing
Dustin Diamond   (Ozaukee County Sheriff via AP, File)

If you want to see Dustin Diamond these days, you have two options: Track down some Saved by the Bell reruns, or head over to the Ozaukee County jail in Wisconsin during visiting hours. That's where Diamond, who played Screech on the popular '90s sitcom, will be spending the next four months, NBC News reports, after being convicted in May of two misdemeanors stemming from a barroom brawl on Christmas Day 2014.

Diamond, police say, pulled a switchblade and stabbed a guy in the right armpit, leaving him with non-life threatening wounds. Diamond, 39, initially told police that he accidentally stabbed the man with a pen to protect his fiancée. Witnesses said the fiancée was upset about someone taking photos. (Or was it all about Smirnoff Ice?) Diamond also got 15 months probation, and he and his fiancée must pay $1,500 to the victim. (More Dustin Diamond stories.)
