Someone Is Stealing a Lot of Cheese in Wisconsin

Canada has its maple syrup thefts, California its walnut capers, and now Wisconsin joins the ranks with not one, but two cheese heists. The first happened two weeks ago in Marshfield, when bandits made off with $90,000 worth of Parmesan from a storage facility, reports CBS58. Then on Friday, thieves used a semi-trailer to haul away $70,000 worth of unspecified cheese in Germantown. It's not clear whether the two cases are related. On Monday, police announced that detectives had tracked down the latter batch in Milwaukee, though no arrests have been made. No word yet on the missing Parmesan. WTMJ adds a little ominously, "Police are still trying to determine what the thieves are doing with the cheese." (More weird crimes stories.)
