A photography business has been set up in South Florida under Casey Anthony's name, and an address listed for the business belongs to a private investigator with ties to the mother acquitted of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee. Documents filed with the Florida Division of Corporations show that Case Photography, LLC was established last November. An address listed for the business is the West Palm Beach home of Patrick McKenna, a private investigator with ties to Anthony. The story was first reported by the Daily Mail, but the AP has confirmed it.
McKenna, the lead private investigator for Anthony's defense team during her 2011 trial on allegations that she murdered her daughter, refused to talk to a reporter outside his home on Monday. McKenna was also an investigator for OJ Simpson's defense team and is credited with finding the tapes where Los Angeles police detective Mark Fuhrman used racist language, hurting his credibility during the former football star's trial on charges he murdered his estranged wife and her friend.
