Hulk Hogan won $140 million after suing Gawker for publishing a portion of a sex tape starring him, but he's not done: On Monday, he filed another suit against the website and other entities. This time, he's suing because, he says, an extended transcript of the full sex tape footage was leaked, resulting in the National Enquirer and Radar Online publishing stories about Hogan using the n-word and making racist comments about his daughter's boyfriend, per the Hollywood Reporter. The stories resulted in WWE severing ties with Hogan, the AP reports.

Hogan is also suing a talent agent, two disc jockeys, a radio company, and a laywer, all of whom he says were in on a conspiracy to release the sex tape to the media in order to hurt Hogan and boost their own careers. Gawker denies leaking the transcript and says it didn't even have the sex tape footage containing the racist remarks. "This is getting ridiculous," the website says in a statement. "Hulk Hogan is a litigious celebrity abusing the court system to control his public image and media coverage. ... It's time for Hulk Hogan to take responsibility for his own words, because the only person who got Hulk Hogan fired from the WWE is Hulk Hogan." Gawker is also seeking a new trial over Hogan's original sex tape lawsuit. (More Hulk Hogan stories.)
