Three days after 24-year-old Shanika Minor allegedly shot and killed a nine-months-pregnant neighbor in Milwaukee on March 6, she was charged with murdering both the woman and her unborn child. Then in late April, the feds added charges of unlawful flight to avoid prosecution, reports CBS News. Now, nearly four months after Tamecca Perry was shot in the chest—in front of her mother and two children, allegedly for playing loud music late at night—Minor has made it onto the FBI's 10 "Most Wanted" fugitives list, the FBI has announced. The agency is offering up to $100,000 for information that leads directly to the arrest of Minor, who is currently the only woman on the list.

"I just want her caught so I can rest," Perry's mother tells Fox6. "I don't sleep. I don't eat. I really want to know the reason why she would pull a gun out and do what she did to my daughter." Authorities say Minor confronted Perry with a gun first on March 5 over music, then again on March 6. Perry's mother placed herself between the two women, but the FBI says Minor reached around her and shot Perry. Family members say that Perry's brother was killed three weeks after his sister's death. Perry, meanwhile, was just one week shy of her due date with her third child; her surviving children, who witnessed the killing, are 5 and 3. If convicted, Minor could face life in prison. (Last year a woman allegedly killed a pregnant woman and then surgically removed the baby, who survived.)
