Caitlyn Jenner made a headline-grabbing comment while promoting her new memoir The Secrets of My Life: She says she "knew he did it," the "he" being OJ Simpson. Jenner—who was married for 24 years to Kris Jenner, ex-wife of Simpson friend and defense lawyer Robert Kardashian—told Andy Cohen on SiriusXM that she has no doubt that Simpson killed Nicole Brown and Ron Goldman in 1994, USA Today reports. "There was three people at the crime scene: DNA evidence, three people at the crime scene," Jenner said. "Pick a murderer. How hard is that?" Kris Jenner, who divorced the Kardashian patriarch in 1991, was a close friend of Brown.
Jenner told Cohen that Kardashian, who died in 2003, told her after Simpson was acquitted that he "would have been OK if they got him in the first trial." But after the trial, Jenner said, Kardashian "was now the guy who helped him get away with murder and he was destroyed by everybody. And I felt terribly sorry for him." Jenner also discussed her feelings about daughter Kendall's disastrous Pepsi ad and her relationship with Kris Jenner, People reports. Caitlyn said that after her book came out, Kris told her she never wanted to speak to her again. "Is it sad? Of course it is," she said. "But I have no problem with Kris. If that's the way she feels, that's the way she feels." CNN reports that in a Tuesday night interview, Jenner, who voted for President Trump, said she wouldn't rule out a run for office.
