Prince Philip was making jokes at a public appearance after his upcoming retirement was announced Thursday. During an event at St. James's Palace, when a guest told the Duke of Edinburgh he was sorry to hear he would be standing down, the 95-year-old replied, "I can't stand up much," Reuters reports.
