State Board Thinks Cosby Is Officially a 'Predator'

If a state panel gets its way, Bill Cosby will be known from here on out as a "sexually violent predator." If a judge agrees, the 81-year-old entertainer would have to register as a sex offender for the rest of his life, reports Philly.com. He'd also have to undergo treatment. The recommendation is from Pennsylvania's Sexual Offenders Assessment Board, whose evaluation of Cosby hasn't been made public, reports the AP. It follows Cosby's conviction in April of drugging and sexually assaulting Andrea Constand in 2004, a crime for which Cosby faces up to 10 years in prison at his September sentencing. As for the "predator" recommendation, the judge in Cosby's case will make the final determination, and no date has been set for that hearing. (Constand says she forgives Cosby.)
