Staff Spends Hours Deleting Nasty Posts on Kate, Meghan

The duchesses of Cambridge and Sussex get a lot of online hate—so much that staff members spend several hours each week deleting comments on social media—though a new campaign hopes to put it all to bed. "We just decided enough is enough," Hello! Royal Editor Emily Nash tells CNN of the magazine's #HelloToKindness campaign in response to the sexist, racist, and threatening remarks, particularly on the Kensington Palace's Instagram account. The Guardian reports much of the abuse comes from users who support one of the duchesses and see the other as a rival, an idea fueled by some media outlets. "Instagram has been incredibly helpful on this with advice and support," it quotes a source as saying. (The duchesses showed no sign of bad blood at Christmas.)
