Michael Jackson's Neverland Ranch went on the market in 2015 for $100 million, and any millionaires who were tempted then will now be happy they held off. The 2,700-acre ranch in Los Olivos, California, has just been relisted for $31 million, reports the Wall Street Journal. The property has also been rebranded Sycamore Valley Ranch, though CBS News notes it still retains its famous floral clock spelling out "Neverland." The listing agents say "it's the right time" for the new push, and an attorney for Jackson's estate says the timing has nothing to do with HBO's decision to air a documentary this weekend featuring two men who say the pop icon molested them as children. (Jackson's estate is suing HBO over the film.)
