Warren Buffett is offering $1 million a year for life in his March Madness bracket challenge—but this year, only Berkshire Hathaway's 390,000 employees are eligible. Employees will need to correctly guess which NCAA Division I teams make the Sweet 16—"assuming nobody else wins at the same time then you split the million," Buffett told CNBC last month. According to the New York Post, the odds are 1 in 9.2 quintillion (9.2 billion billions) when you consider 50/50 odds for all 63 games. In other words, you're more likely to be hit by a falling satellite. On the bright side, the employee who fares best will receive a $100,000 consolation prize, which was split between eight employees last year, per USA Today. (More Warren Buffett stories.)
