Anthony Weiner won't be able to shake the designation of sex offender until he's 74. The disgraced former congressman has been designated a Level 1 offender in the eyes of New York state and must register as such, reports CNN. Level 1 is actually the lowest of the state's three levels, a suggestion that officials don't think Weiner will run into future trouble, notes the AP. Still, the designation remains in effect for 20 years, and Weiner must notify the state if he moves. Weiner is out of prison and at a halfway house, where's he's serving out the remainder of a 21-month sentence for sexting with an underage girl. (More Anthony Weiner stories.)
