Sometimes you have a legit emergency and sometimes your emergency is a Big Mac attack. The latter was the case of Michigan 5-year-old Iziah Hall, who awoke early last Sunday really jonesing for some McDonald's, reports WZZM. The only problem was his grandmother was sleeping, so Iziah called 911 and asked "Can you bring me some McDonald's?" The dispatcher was taken aback and told Iziah no, but sent Officer Dan Patterson to do a wellness check on the home in town of Wyoming. Patterson took it in stride. "I was laughing to myself... 5-year-old calls dispatch and orders McDonald's," he says. "I figured, hey, I'm driving past McDonald's on my way there and I might as well get him something." When he arrived, Iziah appeared to have reconsidered his tactics. "I think the first thing he said to me was, "My grandma's gonna be so mad, can you please go away?" Patterson says. Regardless, his dispatcher says the move was "really cool" and "made our night." (More strange stuff stories.)
