You'll soon be able to drop Amazon returns at Kohl's locations across the country—no packing required. More than 1,150 Kohl's stores will accept Amazon returns by July as part of an extended partnership launched in spring 2017. About 100 stores offer the service currently. Customers need only bring packaged or unpackaged Amazon items to a store, per Fortune. Kohl's, which sells Amazon products in more than 200 stores, will then pack and send the items to an Amazon return center at no additional cost. CNBC notes the goal is to drive traffic to stores, referencing 9% growth in new customers at Kohl's locations in Chicago, which tested the return service in 2017. Kohl's shares were up almost 10% with Tuesday's announcement. (More Amazon stories.)
