Lucci is back home: Soccer star Daniel Sturridge posted a video on Instagram Wednesday saying he picked up his missing dog in south LA the night prior, and posted a second video showing the pup playing as Sturridge said, "my main man is back." The former Liverpool striker thanked everyone who watched and shared his emotional video about the Pomeranian going missing after his West Hollywood home was broken into, in which he offered to pay "whatever" it took to get the dog back.

A separate post on Lucci's own Instagram account explains, "Lucci was found and returned in the early hours of Wednesday morning. Due to the circumstances, we neglected to post immediately that we had him back until we had permanently left the address we were staying at, seeing as how it was public and the middle of the night. To protect Luccis safety, us and our family staying with us. It has been an EMOTIONAL 36 hours to say the least." It also thanks everyone who helped the news go viral: "By making it so high profile, the thieves had no choice but to let him go." (More uplifting news stories.)
