All kinds of tributes took place Wednesday to mark the 18th anniversary of the 9/11 attacks, but one in Auckland generated a fair share of attention. New Zealand firefighters performed a haka, a traditional Maori war dance, to salute the first responders of 9/11, reports CNN. US ambassador Scott Brown tweeted a video. You can also watch it here. Another unusual one: New York Mets player Pete Alonso arranged for the team to wear custom red, white, and blue cleats bearing the words "We will never forget" on the anniversary, per the AP.
