Popeyes' wildly popular chicken sandwich has returned—and a fight over it cost a man his life Monday night. Police say the victim was fatally stabbed after an altercation that began when a man cut in front of somebody else in a line for the sandwiches at a Popeyes in Oxon Hill, Maryland, the New York Daily News reports. Police say the 28-year-old victim was stabbed in the parking lot after the fight was taken outside. "We have been able to determine, preliminarily, that this is related to the release of the sandwich here at this restaurant," a police spokeswoman says, per Fox 5. The suspect is still at large. (In August, a man pulled a gun after a Popeyes in Houston ran out of sandwiches.)
