Brother Alarmed by Injuries on Jeffrey Epstein's Body
This March 28, 2017, file photo, provided by the New York State Sex Offender Registry, shows Jeffrey Epstein. Dr. Michael Baden, a pathologist hired by Jeffrey Epstein's brother, says he believes the financier's death at a New York City jail was a murder, not suicide.   (New York State Sex Offender Registry via AP, File)

Last week a pathologist hired by Jeffrey Epstein's brother said the late financier may have been murdered. On Tuesday, that brother elaborated on what he frames as suspicious details turned up by the autopsy. Fox News viewed the autopsy files and reports they detail injuries that Mark describes as "unexplained": "faint, red contusions" on the back of Epstein's wrists, an abrasion on his left forearm, and deep muscle hemorrhaging in his left shoulder. "Was he handcuffed and struggled? Was someone holding his wrists?" asks Mark. "The marks on his wrist are unexplained."

Pathologist Dr. Michael Baden says he needs to be provided with microscopic slides in order to determine the timeline of the injuries. "Did the injuries happen a week before or at the time of the incident?" he asks. "The brother requested this information three months ago and he still has not gotten it." Mark says the New York City Medical Examiner's office in August referred him to the Department of Justice, but that two rounds of requests to the DOJ for his brother's file have gone unanswered. (ABC News anchor Amy Robach's displeasure over the shelving of her Epstein segment leaked yesterday.)
