Your Basic Fender Bender While Parking, With a Twist

Ouch. A cruise ship attempting to dock in Cozumel on Friday ran into a big problem—another cruise ship. Witnesses shot lots of video of the unusual fender bender, including this one and this one. The Carnival line says the ship Glory scraped against the ship Legend while attempting to dock in the Mexican Caribbean resort, reports Time. "We are assessing the damage but there are no issues that impact the seaworthiness of either ship," says a spokesperson. A guest suffered a minor injury while being evacuated from a dining room, per the AP. Both ships are nearly 1,000 feet long. No explanation yet of how the mishap occurred. (More cruise ships stories.)
