Presley Gerber is perfectly happy with his face tattoo, thank you very much. That's the message the 20-year-old son of supermodel Cindy Crawford and liquor mogul Rande Gerber has for haters after he revealed the new ink via two Instagram posts from tattoo artist Jon Boy. Those posts garnered comments along the lines of, "There’s a reason people don’t do this to their face" and "Why would you do this?" Wrote Shannon Barbour at Cosmopolitan, "Apparently, Presley is a misunderstood 20-year-old model, brother, and future heir to Cindy Crawford's fortune, and he wanted the cheek tattoo to prove it." Gerber responded in his own Instagram Live post Saturday, Page Six reports.
"If I thought this was going to ruin my face or I didn’t want this, I wouldn’t have done it. I think that’s a pretty obvious thing," he said, adding, "It says misunderstood, because that’s how I felt my entire life." He apparently continued to feel misunderstood by the negative comments pouring in, because he ultimately added, "Look at these f---ing haters out here. F--- you if you don’t like it." And since many people were wondering what Crawford thought of the tattoo, Gerber's girlfriend added, "His parents love it, by the way." CNN notes face tattoos are apparently a thing, with other recent recipients including Post Malone, Justin Bieber, and Kendall Jenner. (More tattoos stories.)
