Pence: I Should Have Worn Mask

The vice president is reversing course. "I didn't think it was necessary but I should have worn the mask at the Mayo Clinic," Mike Pence said Sunday at a Fox News virtual town hall, per CNN. Pence—and his wife—have previously said that since the VP is tested for COVID-19 so frequently and knew he wasn't infected, he saw no reason to wear a mask during his tour of the facility, even though everyone else wore one. Politico claims Pence nodded "sheepishly" when asked about the mask incident during the town hall. (More from the town hall here and here.)
