Kanye Charged in Photog Flap
Kanye West is known for flashes of temper and for speaking his mind. During a telethon to raise money for victims of Hurricane Katrina, West said: "George Bush doesn't care about black people."   (AP Photo/Brian Kersey)

Cops busted Kanye West today for felony vandalism at Los Angeles International Airport, TMZ reports, after the short-tempered rapper confronted a paparazzo trying to photograph him and smashed his camera to the ground. West then spotted a TMZ photog, who was filming the incident. His bodyguard tussled with the man and broke his camera. “Gimme that f**cking tape!” West demanded.

The 31-year-old star, whose fame exploded after the success of debut album The College Dropout, tried to leave the scene and board his plane. But he was stopped by cops, who had to restrain him after he lunged at the TMZ cameraman in front of them. The incident caused delays at the security check, the Los Angeles Times reports.
